An honors graduate of UC Berkeley, Ayden brings interdisciplinary training in organizational systems, behavioral dynamics, and policy architecture to founder-led and growth-stage companies. Her work sits at the intersection of culture and compliance - translating values into enforceable structure and turning structural clarity into daily practice.
With experience supporting multi-entity governance, contract management, litigation coordination, regulatory filings, and certification processes, she specializes in building the operational backbone that allows organizations to scale without losing coherence.
Her approach blends investigative listening with disciplined systems design: mapping structural friction, clarifying decision rights, strengthening documentation, and aligning compliance practices with business reality.
