Do you handle multi‑state filings or cannabis applications outside California?
Yes. I support multi-jurisdiction filings and regulated industry applications, coordinating with local counsel where required by law. All work is performed in accordance with jurisdictional compliance standards.

Do you offer one‑time trainings?
Yes. I design customized workshops, policy trainings, and micro-learning resources tailored to your organization’s structure and risk profile.

Do you notarize documents?
Yes. I am a commissioned California notary and offer notarization by appointment. As required by law, notaries remain impartial and cannot provide legal advice.

How do engagements typically work?
Engagements are structured as project-based, retainer, or fractional support arrangements, depending on your needs. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined at the outset.

Do you replace legal counsel?
No. My role is to support governance, compliance, and operational clarity. I work alongside attorneys to ensure documentation, coordination, and systems are aligned and efficient.
